It is a report of staying longer that 90 days in the country. No report is due unless you are in the country for 90 days. Read the title of this page on the immigration website. https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?page_id=1666 On the day you leave the country the 90 day count for reporting is reset to zero.

E Visa and Visa Exempt requirements?
ubonjoe replied to agg211's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
For a visa exempt entry the airline may ask to see a ticket out within 30 days and immigration can ask to see 20k baht or its equivalent in cash. No proof of insurance is required for entry to Thailand now. A single entry tourist visa applied for on the e visa site can require proof of accommodation and the 20k baht financial proof in a bank account. Plus a return or onward ticket.- 1 reply

Are Visa runs possible as they once were
ubonjoe replied to AlaskaDave's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Satun or Songkhla to Malaysia. As far as I know the crossings to Myanmar from Ranong are not open yet for border hops. -
4. A copy of your German passport photo page would prove that. That is meant to be for those legal residency of Germany. 6. They started that back in 2020 when the started allowing those on retirement visas/extensions to enter the country. You only need 90 days of insurance. 8. Some kind of proof of where you are staying in Germany. The want that since the visa can be issued by the embassy in Berlin or one of the 2 official Thai consulates in Germany. It requires 2 trips to immigration to apply for the non-o visa. The first trip is to apply for the non-o visa and then again to have the visa and 90 day stay stamps done in your passport about 2 weeks later.

There is only one app. It has been some time since I registered for the Mor Prom app and had some help from my Grandaughter to get it setup. -
Best process for returning back to Thailand
ubonjoe replied to eastcst84's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
You would actually have about 45 days to do the application if you applied for a 30 day extension. Normally that is not asked for when applying for a non-o visa. It might be an error on the e visa site. Perhaps a statement from from your wife stating you are staying with her at her apartment. -

Best process for returning back to Thailand
ubonjoe replied to eastcst84's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
The 400k baht would only need to be in a Thai bank on the day you apply. With a 30 day visa exempt entry would have 15 days to do the application or longer if you apply for the 30 days. You must have at least 15 days remaining on your stay to do the application. Requirements for the visa application is here. https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/6.FOR-PROVIDING-SUPPORT-TO-OR-BEING-A-DEPENDANT-OF-A-THAI-CITIZEN-SPOUSE-VISA-NON-O.pdf -
