If they are issuing TM6 arrival cards write your re-entry permit number in the space for a visa number on it. The show the re-entry permit to the officer and double check your arrival stamp is correct before leaving the arrival immigration area.

You will not need to anything at immigration after you enter the country. Your 90 day report of staying longer than 90 days in the country will not be due until 90 days after the day you enter the country.
