  1. You could do a border hop at the Sadao border crossing to get a 30 day visa exempt entry.
  2. You can apply for a non-o visa with a 30 day visa exempt entry or the 30 day extension of it. You must have 15 days remaining on your stay to apply for it. Requirements are here. https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/6.FOR-PROVIDING-SUPPORT-TO-OR-BEING-A-DEPENDANT-OF-A-THAI-CITIZEN-SPOUSE-VISA-NON-O.pdf Then during the last 30 days of the 90 day stay the non-o visa allows you could apply for a one year extension of stay based upon marriage to a Thai.
  3. How would be on a overstay if you are in Canada? I don't understand what you wrote. If you got a multiple entry tourist visa you could extend each 60 day entry for 30 days. You can get almost 270 days of total stay from it by doing a border hop for new 60 day entry just before it expires. You can get a 30 day visa exempt entry by doing a border hop.
  4. Info for entry requirements follow. Your 2 does of vaccine will be accepted. A tourist visa you apply for at a embassy or consulate allows a 60 day stay that can be extended for 30 days. You can enter without a visa and get a 30 day visa exempt entry that can be extended for 30 days.
  5. They will not issue a multiple entry tourist visa unless you are Laotian or a legal resident of Laos. You will have to apply for it in your home country.
  6. Did you show them proof the money had been in the bank for a long time? Most will do it since the only reason for proof it came from abroad is due to it only needing to be in the bank on the day you apply. Try again and ask to talk to a supervisor.
  7. You will get a 30 day visa exempt entry at any land border crossing. You can only do 2 per calendar year. The 30 day exempt entry can be extended for 30 days at a immigration office.
  8. It can be used at any Thai bank. For direct deposits via Bangkok Bank's New York branch a standard SSA-1199 is used since it uses a ACH bank code.
  9. Link works for me. Fresh download of it. ssa-1199-op107.pdf
  10. Either one. But immigration will make it your responsibility if not done.
  11. The mobile app for online reporting can be create problems. Best to use new online site on a mobile browser or PC. I have opened the new website on using Chrome but I have not done a report using but I don't think it would be a problem to do. I don't I think have ever had a bank look at my 90 day report receipt. Here is redacted receipt for the report I did today.
  12. Not directly visa or extension related. Moved to the Thailand Motor forum.
  13. I had a amazing event this morning after doing a online report using my new passport number. Submitted at 7:30 and approved at 8:32. Previous reports were not approved until a little after 4PM. Did it this morning since I am going to immigration today to have my stamps transferred to the new one. Was already prepared to show them the report submitted this morning ask them about getting it approved.
  14. There is already a topic about it. This is it TM6 cards scrapped?
  15. I suspect the immigration officer tossed your TM6 in the trash. Many reports by people not getting one already,
  16. Not visa or extension related. Moved to the Health forum.
  17. You could apply for it a month before your departure date. A single entry tourist visa is valid to use for entry got 3 months from the day it issued.
  18. Auto fill uses what you entered on your previous 90 day report done on the new site.
  19. That appears to be the standard SSA-1199. There is a special one for Thailand only. Have a look at this one. https://www.ssa.gov/forms/ssa-1199-op107.pdf
  20. If they are issuing TM6 arrival cards write your re-entry permit number in the space for a visa number on it. The show the re-entry permit to the officer and double check your arrival stamp is correct before leaving the arrival immigration area.
  21. You will not need to anything at immigration after you enter the country. Your 90 day report of staying longer than 90 days in the country will not be due until 90 days after the day you enter the country. A TM30 report is also not required since you you used a re-entry permit to enter the country (new rule since June of 2020).
