In the ambulance on the way to A&E I was given 300mg of aspirin. I had a previous episode and GP had requested I call emergency if I had another occurrance. At A&E I had a CT scan of carotid artery which located a narowing of approx 50%. Doctor advised no surgical intervention - due to risk - unless blockage exceeds 75%. My blood pressure, Diabetes type 11 and lipids good and magaged by medication. A&E have referred me to a specialist TIA unit which I expect to attend in 2/3 weeks. To clarify I use the catheter to drain my bladder, then remove in order I can get an undisturbed night sleep. I do not experience leakage 24x7, but I do drain my bladder if I'm going out as to reduce the risk of embarrasement as I have experienced leakage when I drink alcohol.

I am over the constant deflection / minimisation of Covid deaths. As an example USA now stands at approx 830k deaths from Covid, increasing every day and has been identified as reduction of life expectancy in the USA. As an example NSW yesterday reported 21,151 new cases of Covid, six deaths and more than 550 in hospital. I live in Queensland and due for operation in a few weeks, just been informed operation delayed due to Covid cases impacting hospital resources, very different to some of the messaging that current Covid will have minimal impact on health services.

Deaths due to Omricon are now being reported in countries around the world. Here in Oz three deaths were reported yesterday. Additionally due to virulence it is expected more hospital beds will be required. Likely too soon to declare Omricon not much of a threat and pandemic end is just around the corner.
