Take breathing - if you live in Bangkok probably over the long term it's bad for your health. If you live in clean air then carry on. As far as vaccines for Covid goes I had 5 Pfizer NO Issues BUT one Moderna (the last one) gave me lots of issues - won't have that again. Same for the Flu jab used to have them but always felt like I was having mild flu all winter stopped 4 years ago.
