special neurological tests: Where can it be done?

In a very complicated and mysterious case, a reputable (recommended on TV too) neurologist wants me to undergo several special neurological tests, but it seems there is not a single place or institution where this can be done in Thailand.

I inquired at numerous private hospitals as well as at Siriraj in person or via email to no avail. Same at KL. Now have even emailed Singapore hospitals (no reply yet).

Did anybody here had to undergo similar tests and knows where this can be done? Or can give me any other hint?

It is: 1) QSART (quantitative sudomotor axon reflex test)  2) SSR (sympathetic skin response)  3)  Thermoregulatory sweat test

Thanks for any input

Would help to know what the suspected condition being ruled out is.

Simply asking hospitals will not elicit the most accurate answers. You need to ask a doctor of appropriate specialization at those hospitals.

Well those hospitals contacted their doctors to inquire (at some I have been in person and have witnessed it or a receptionist went with me to the neurology department) and everywhere they said they don't do / cannot do this. In several cases they tried to direct me to the large private hospital I actually came from.

But how can a doctor order tests that are obviously not available anywhere in the country. As I mentioned in my OP,  this neurologist actually was recommended here.

Chula is the only place I have not been, as this zoo where nobody speaks English is somehow not manageable for me (Siriraj was bad enough, and even at the private Siriraj section virtually nobody spoke English and it seemed surprisingly disorganized compared to the several private for-profit hospitals I know in TH)

I can't imagine a doctor recommending tests without being able to recommend where you can go to have the tests.

For example, when faced with high blood pressure that wasn't responding well to medication, my cardiologist recommended a sleep study to see if I was experiencing sleep apnea.  The hospital where he practiced didn't offer this service but he was able to recommend two other providers in the city.

A friend had a problem with a botched cataract surgery and his Chiang Mai doctor recommended he go see a specialist in Singapore who resolved the problem.  (of course, the Chiang Mai doctor didn't offer to pay for the further treatment, saying there were rare complications, but at least he had a good recommendation on where to go to resolve the problem)

He mentioned several of the hospitals that are connected to the countries' leading universities (Chula, Ramathibodi, Siriraj a.s.o.) plus several other private hospitals, and I went to ALL of them to no avail (in fact, most places wanted to send me to the hospital where I came from as this was considered the #1 place that could do such tests)

In the meanwhile, I have consulted another neurologist and she even called some hospitals (including Siriraj/Mahidol where she studied) herself while I was with her in the consulting room, but no success.

To revive this topic, as my problems are not solved but only got worse since my last post, I would like to ask once again if anyone has experience with sympathetic nervous system overactivity and ANS (autonomic nervous system) testing or a physician that specializes in or has a knowledge of thermoregulation/homeostasis disorders and nerve / neurotransmitter damage. Even neighboring countries would be okay.
