Gyms In Bangkok

Hi,

Is there any gyms close to Sukhumvit 97? I'm into weights mainly, so all i really need is a pull up bar, a squat rack (not too important) and a bench with dumb bells going up to atleast 40KGS. Showers, sauna and steam room would be nice too:)

Also is there anywere i can buy cheap protein shakes, as all i've seen have been well too expensive!

California fitness is by my house i paid 20k the first year and now they have a promotion of 8k a year....... alot of gays though ><

Whats the address please mate? Have you got there no. Thats a good deal if the gyms good:) I've not got a problem with gays, but as long as there some suay girls there to look at i wont even notice they're there:)
