It can constitute a charge of alleged rape. Then it must be proven in court.

Thank you for your clarification I will remember to use the word alleged in the future

Unfortunately you seem to have missed the main point which the poster was asking which was why would he rape her if she was her girlfriend

Thats true a boyfriend should not need to rape his own girlfriend. Very strange indeed. Maybe they are talking about statutory rape. Since she was a minor. And why would a hotel allow a teenage girl at 4 am  with two full grown african men?

Yeah, it´s a sad story

75 or 200 pounds? Cage fighter or not? How is that even relevant?

Many girls everyday go clubbing with Cameroons until morning. Also follow to room, but do not report an alleged rape after.

If her boyfriend goes out to buy condoms, that can cause suspicion. It can also be that he need to have for her upcoming period. Really nothing to think about if you believe you can trust him.

The freshly made up bed, might just be on the photo. Sometimes that is totally irrelevant to what really was the scene.

So, what did you really try to say?

She must have fought and scratched them up pretty bad. I hope they get the DNA from under her fingernails. That will put them away.

If a woman says no to her boyfriend and he ignores her decision, then that is rape.

Boyfriends have no inherent right to force their partner to have sex. If they do then that is rape.

No means no.

FBI says around 10% of rape accusations are 'unfounded'. But those statistics don't include false accusations of rape (or child abuse) when the women are seeking divorce, which are around 50% (in the USA). Only 8% of US reported rapes result in convictions.

I have no idea about Thailand, of if their conviction rates are lower than the USA.

I am not positive but I believe we are talking about Thailand, not the USA.

I just saw a story here the other day about the relatively low numbers of rapes reported in Thailand, I am not going to spend any time searching for the article, but I vaguely recall the number of rapes reported being much lower than what the RTP believe actually occur. Again my memory is not perfect but I believe RTP suspects 1,300,000 unreported rapes a year compared to something like 14,000 reported rapes and few of them resulting in conviction. Again I have not been here a terribly long time but long enough to know not to compare any Asian nation to the USA.

Nonetheless victim blaming is beyond contempt, as is defending those engage in it.

At this point there is no victim, or rapists..a court will decide that...perversely in your world the alleged perpetrators are the victims ...hope they don't lay defamation charges against you!

Please do ...it is very, very important.

The main point was......why did he allegedly rape her.......there has been no rape until proven. Honestly I don't know what happened, and I would suggest no other posters on this forum do either...they weren't there and did not witness what happened.

My main bug bear is the posters who want to cut the nuts of any man based on an allegation. Mind you these are the same crowd who usually blindly support any populist 'cause of the day'. Feminised emasculated sad males.

Bring it on.

There is a victim and let’s hope she gets justice, despite those who would blame her for her ordeal.

Hold on, someone suggests that you actually read a post before responding to it and you reply as above?

That has to be one of the dumbest responses ever to grace the pages of TVF!

What you are saying then, is that you'll just post anything contrary and unrelated to elicit responses.

That, Sir, is the very definition of a troll!

Dont forget we are in Thailand , Asia . If  a woman goes to a hotel room alone with a man ., That in itself is consent enough .

I thought this post got removed yesterday for obvious reasons.

So if the lady goes to the room alone with him and changes her mind once in the room for whatever reason, maybe he turns violent , it's still consenting?

or she goes to the hotel room alone with him and inside are one or a few of his mates who decide they want sex as well. That is still consenting in your mind?

It looks like this was a well planned assault. premeditated. To say the least.

I am absolutely puzzled as to how the African natives going to teach English, where I have never heard anyone spoken a beautiful English sentence in my life. Well, this is why the students taught by these "teachers" are as rotten as ever in their grasp of the English Language.

You've just said that in piss-poor grammar. Nigerian and Cameroonian  schools are taught in English from grade 1 and most teaching here have B-Ed degrees.

This latter group is divided into one Senegambian language (Fulfulde), 28 Adamawa languages, and 142 Benue–Congo languages (130 of which are Bantulanguages). French and English are official languages, a heritage of Cameroon's colonial past as a colony of both France and the United Kingdom from 1916 to 1960.
