Get Real
I guess it can be fair to say that nobody can possibly understand the government. How ever, I find it very hard to believe that this can cause any confusion. A thing that everybody knows is a lie, is very hard to be confused about. lvr181
Say again.............what election, when? Seems that the current rulers want to make sure that whatever happens in the future, any election held (under the facade of 'democracy') will always be ruled by the military! That is the way of feudalism. 600 years of going nowhere is not about to change suddenly, the ruling classes will make sure of that!

Unfortunately, the "you" is the minority who have absolute power over the majority. The "you" deserve the government they get because otherwise all that power would have been wasted. Someday the majority will get the government they deserve because they will occupy that government.

newcomer71
What's confusing? As long as the good Generals enjoy the power, there won't be any election.

greeneking
What can be done? Thai press, please.......when these people call you to come and witness their wisdom, and there is none, could you just turn down the chance to report what they say? When they are not given any coverage or credibility unless they deserve it they might reflect a little (I know!). Just tell them 'you did not say anything worth putting in the paper/ broadcast/radio.'
