The problem is more emptying these bins and keeping track of where they float. It costs money to empty them.  I like the idea.. but its still not feasible to be honest. But its good that people are investigating ways against trash at sea.

The Thai government doesn't manage to empty the trash bins at the street, or even setting some up in the first place, how do you expect this to work?

I also think that the Seabins shown in the video there are much too small, in Pattaya you would probably have to empty them every 15 minutes.
