Ethernet LAN and Electric wires

I have to run a new Ethernet LAN cable through the ceiling, at the same time,
i have to extend  bell to the rear of the house,could i run them through the same
yellow pipe,or would the electric cable cause any interference to the LAN cable ?,
thought it best to ask before doing it, thanks.
