What is going on with True Online Internet?

I just don't understand why anyone would have anything to do with TRUE, in any shape or form

They have  been pure garbage ever since they have been in business, even going back to the old days when they were UBC

No matter what service; Mobile phones, Internet, Cable and Satellite TV, DVR's, etc.  They are a perfect example of serving up lousy equipment and service yet members keep coming back for more

But then again we have been preaching for years for members not to use private mail carriers like DHL, FEDEX, and UPS,  yet a month will  not go by where someone here is complaining about the customs duties they paid because they didn't listen in the first place

sometimes they have a monopoly deal with your building or own the infrastructure outside etc

not always easy to pick the company u like

It suits me fine, 3BB was less and more expensive and True was no good with my Android box as it blocked a lot of stuff, TMN do have other bigger better faster packages, just trying to help.

3BB offers 100/30 for 700 baht a month.

For someone with no internet between 6 a.m and 6 p.m you are being pretty picky mate, the packages you indicate from 3 BB were not available when I first took up with them, that was about 3 years back, TMN was the only fibre optic network out on this bit of the darkside, I really don't care anymore, you asked for assistance, I reponded you are now being an ungrateful arse, sort your own problems out, I really couldn't care less.

Just letting you know what's available, you may want to upgrade. You might also want to chill.

No, giddyup, this is your mode of operation, you open up these tech question threads and then spend a couple of pages arguing about what you were asking about, as if you knew the answer before you asked the question !

That is why I only give one answer to your questions any more, not worth trying to help someone that has already made their mind up

Can we stop the bickering and personal attacks please

Isn't it always the way. Got sick of waiting over a month for True to fix the connection problem, so yesterday signed a 18 month contract with 3BB, paid a month in advance and 800 baht for the modem, total 1500 baht. Today the internet from True is working perfectly and seems it's back to normal, but can't cancel 3BB now, so I hope it's going to be relatively trouble-free.
