When you register a new company, you must have x baht in regsitered capital. I imagine that this is proven with company bank statements. However, if the company is yet to be regsitered, the company can not have a bank account. And if the company does not have a bank account, how can they demonstrate that they have the capital? I'm sure I'm missing something as this is done everyday. Any insight is appreciated.

You have to give proof of paying the funds into the company within X number of days, I remember it being 90 days.
