Does anyone know why the Apple Thailand site doesn't offer the option of buying Apple care for iPhones and iPads.

iPads do offer Apple Care but iPhones don’t. iPhones you just seem to get the standard 1 year warranty. I’ve just checked using the “Apple Store (thailand)” app on my iPad, not the web version.

I believe it’s the old reason because they don’t have an official Apple Store in Thailand, so they don’t offer it on iPhones but they do for iPads. No idea why that should be really.

 

Edit: Thai web version also clearly offers Apple Care for iPads as I’ve just tried it by ordering the iPad Pro.
