sellin BKK plated vehicle in Pattaya, what issues ?

Per thread title, both my car and scooter are registered in BKK, whats involved (and cost) of doing an ownership change on these in Pattaya ?

any change to owner will need doing in Bangkok, personally or through an agent.

you can change to local plate at main Chonburi office or Rayong
