The seasonal inflow of seawater has inundated a section of the Suksawat-Chulachomklao Fort Road in Samut Prakan, though it remains open to traffic.

Traffic was snarled in the area on Wednesday morning, particularly between the historic fort and the Phra Samut Chedi clock tower roundabout, as small vehicles struggled to get through the floodwater.
