thks for the nom,thats very nice of you,yes it must be 3 yrs and we have been hammer and tong at each other,its kept the C/mai Forum  amused to no end,and the Mods on their toes, have enjoyed  my nomination and the Pot 2 Derby race ,would have liked to finished 2nd toDave 2, but my hoop was,nt at the top of his  game, drop the bloody whip, ran into dead ends,my saddle slip,a broken stirrup, but old champ is still galloping on though

I've not been wild boar hunting for a while - I'm afraid of the Tigers, and I have to get past Tom Jones on the way home.  None of which would be intimidating on their own, but wild boar, Tigers, Tom Jones, all on the one night?  If you'll take that lot on, you are a braver man than me, Gunga Din.

As well as can be expected, given the circumstances.  Even if you complain, no-one listens, so you might as well not bother.

I'd not seen that video before.  I went on a business trip, to Paris, for the World Cup Quarter-Final against Argentina, back in the day.  Anyway, I can speak a bit of the local language, but not a lot.  Taxis, beer, also can.  But not that fancy foreign French food.  I was absolutely baffled by the menus, and I wasn't going to repeat the 'Steak Tartare' incident of 1984 ('OK - that sounds a bit spicey').  So I ended up going to a chinkie and ordering a Taiwan lunch

I'm all for seeding the posters. Those with lots of posts (like JT) would be at the top and the ones who are just here for a 30 day holiday and don't post again unti their next hol' would be at the bottom. I've just spent 2 days looking at the profiles of all the contestants. Seeding would have solved this. I also agree with divisions and promotion and relegation. Also a monthy knock-out comp'. And what about a exclusively female league?!
