How much is common area annual charge in One Plus Condominium

Featured Replies

went to see a condo for rent in one of the One Plus buildings dotted around CM today and offered the vendor 2000 baht below the monthly rental for a one year contract....they countered by saying i would have to pay the annual common area charge which i was told was 24,000 a year......i know that is untrue but can anyone who lives in one of these units tell me the actual price they are paying...thanks

Not sure but I've seen fees of around 500-600 per month at my last condo

Sent from my mobile, please forgive the autocorrect.

Tell that tosser to go pound salt.  24K for one year common area fee just means he thinks your are clueless Farang ripe for the pickings.  At Himma Prestige Living Condos the common area fee was only 1200 per month and in most cases was included in your rent depending on you negociating skills.

24000 baht/12 months equals the 2000 baht below monthly rental you offered... that's the counter?  555

What they call the parts is not important, the total to be paid is the only issue. Focus on that.

on thinking about it i wouldnt rent from her now even if she had agreed to my offer since her pitch was a blatant lie...the condo had been empty for a year and i explained to her that i wanted to rent on an ongoing basis probably staying several years but i think that greed got the better of her and clouded her judgement ...mai pen rai
