Access Denied

Howdy gang

I'm not computer savvy so was wondering if anybody can help me with this problem.

I'm on a mailing list to an Australian retailer called JB HI-FI.

As of a few days ago, whenever I click on their email to open the website, I get the following message.

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.jbhifi.com.au/?" on this server.

Reference #18.d4fda46e.1514162357.1ea6f84

I've cleared cookies etc but have had no luck.

Would it be a problem on the website side of things or my ISP which is 3BB?

Thanks in advance.

It's geoblocked by the website itself (or their hosting company).

I just got the same message but accessed ok using VPN via Luxembourg. I expect pretty well any location outside Thailand would work.

I just tried a VPN in Mainland China and got in, they really don't want business from Thailand.

EDIT Nigeria is blocked too, no real surprise there

Thanks for that mate.

I'll email them and see if they can fix it for me.

If not, it's no biggy.

Probably easier to sign up for one of the free VPNs that puts you pretty well anywhere except Thailand.
