Hormone replacement therapy, HRT

Hi, I am about to book an appointment for a wellness (full body) check up. This comes free with my insurance. 

I am hoping to experiment with HRT, and curious to whether people have been prescribed this through a Bangkok hospital? I'm unsure whether my insurance will pay for the HRT if I am prescribed, an I also just want ease of use. Easy, professional and open doctor, then turn up every so often, get an injection or tablet, and be on my way.
