Can I visit the normal  labs here to do a sputum culture test to look for germs (bacteria or fungus  ) ? Or do I have to go to one of the private hospitals to do that ? Thanks. 

  

That is something I don't know, as I never had a sputum test done at those labs, but if you call the reputable lifecare-lab in South-Pattaya, they will certainly be able to tell you, and some English is usually spoken. Google them
