Looking for someone to look at a quote in Thai for electric work

I had an underground electrical explosion ( all my 3 phase is out which means no water and no A/C.  He did restore single phase, but that's all he can do he said) and my electrician that did the install 15 years ago said the whole house needs to be redone.  He gave me a quote in Thai with the various wires and lengths of wires that will be needed along with some new pump prices that need to go in for my water system.

I was just wondering if there's anyone versed in electrical pricing and can read Thai.  There is 16 items in total and it comes out to not a small sum.  I live in Phuket, so I think I'm getting some Phuket pricing here, even though this sparky has been known to us for over 15 years.

I'd rather not post the quote here, but I will gladly pm the quote to anyone who could help out.

A full rewire seems excessive for a failed underground cable.

Even the regular chap should be able to get temporary power (3-phase) back on by bypassing the failed cable. Do you have your own transformer?

Any photos of the damage?

Anyway PM me the quote and I'll get one of my chaps to translate it for you.

I too thought that there should be a way to wire for temporary power.  I called out another electric guy and he looked around for 15 minutes and said the job was way over his head.  Here's a shot of the underground.  Also one of my electrical panels is completely gone.  Sending you the quote Crossy, thank you very much.

Ouch!

That has gone rather well. It's quite possible that nasty voltages have gone the wrong way and fried all sorts.

I would wait until the power is fixed before getting replacement kit. It may have survived.
