What is a warningtower? Is that the tower where the beachguard is sitting?

Could be, But I assumed the report was talking about the Tsunami warning tower near the Arcadia Hilton. As far as I know there is still no beach guard contract in force.

Seems the "Rip"ers have an aversion to the Chinese perhaps. Sad story but at least the volume has gone down a notch.
