found a place that has some tamrac bags now. There is a camera/photography shop up on Soi Udomsuk off Sukhumvit It is a fair way down on the left if coming from Sukhumvit around soi 40 something and is next to deep love wedding studio, they may have that one in stock?

Also found a shop today up on Pahonyothin road opposite from Central Lad Prao callled Hung and Na Studio company limited. Only a small shop but loads of different bags including Tamrac and a lot of other camera stuff.
