I've bought these before at Tesco Lotus or someplace else in CM but now everyone seems to only have 28cm skillets.   Usually the 30cm frying pans were Seagull or Meyer brands.  I've check Tesco, Big C, Rim Ping, Macro, Central, Huay Khao, and Baan & Beyond but they don't carry that size anymore.  They sometimes have a 30cm pan but that's more of a wok with a small bottom and a larger top.

Index, next to Big C on the Superhighway.

30" Meyers Teflon frying pans... They have the woks as well, but I'm talking about the flat-bottom deep-side frying pans.

FolkGuitar,

I forgot to mention I tried Index a month or two ago and didn't see them.  I'll try again, thanks.  Or maybe I was looking for Dutch ovens at the time and overlooked the 30cm pans.

It was two or three months ago that I bought mine there. This being Thailand, they may not have restocked. Please let us know if/where you find yours, as I'd like to get another.

If you mean Le Creuset, they weigh a ton. I have a couple I shipped over by sea mail with some other stuff.

No these are not the cast iron ones

They are available at Rimping

I saw them last year

Plus a friend used one of mine then bought one from Rimping

They are similar to those ones that have the marble stone finish

Not sure how they go

I have friend who bought a set   so wil be interesting to see how long they last

I was looking at those ceramic ones in Rimping...  Do they heat evenly?

Subject to cracking?

Got one at Central about 2 years ago, no cracking, seems to heat evenly but I am no expert on that, use it on a 12-13cm dia burner.  Cleans easily.
