Gastric reflux treatment ?

Featured Replies

Hi,

It's been 1 year i have gastric reflux. Usually i take Sanosec (Omeprazole) but i feel very very tired and it seems that is doesn't work anymore with me. Could you recommend me another drug or molecule please ?

Thanks :)

hi, if you are in the Bangkok area, i have a box of omepeazole of 99capsules you can have if you need them. exp.02-19. i took one and found out i am allergic to them.

1. Lifestyle modifications are the first line of approach:

- lose weight

- eat smaller amounts at a time

- no eating for 2 hours before lying down

- elevate head of the bed

- avoid caffeine (very important)

- minimize alcohol intake

- avoid any foods that seem to worsen it (this is very individual)

2.  There is a Thai herbal remedy called "Airess" available in 7-elevens which seems to help - I use it and just 2 capsules a day does the trick for me. It apparently works by decreasing gas formation which in turn would increase pressure within the stomach
