Border patrol policeman found hanged in Loei

A border patrol policeman reportedly committed suicide by hanging at his home in Loei’s Dan Sai district on Sunday.
 

Pol Snr Sgt-Major Rapong Phanompakdee, 45, was found hanging from a staircase in front of his bathroom at 11.30am. A medical examiner said he had been dead for at least four hours before the discovery. 

 

An initial police inquiry found that Rapong, who was generally cheerful, had just bought construction materials to build a garage next to his house. They suspect that he committed suicide over a personal problem.

 

His body was sent for an autopsy and his relatives were notified of his death.

Maybe assisted suicide, from his friends in the drug trade.

If he was building a garage, he was thinking of a future, not sitting, drinking and

getting depressed, a bit fishy to me, this suicide stuff.
