Not a very bright thing to do in Thailand.

If its true, and a motorbike taxi driver who conveniently rode off into the night? Hmmm perhaps the Cambodian security guard is being economical with the truth, after all why was he sent there?

It actually said that the foreigner hit first. That´s just too stupid. He should have paid the rent in time.

Oh yes, the victim started it - says the opponent

Do you believe a potential perp when he says - without proof -  the victim started it?

What is the victim's story?

I do not belive anything. That was what the information so far said, and I just quoted a comment about that.

Why is the security guard collecting the rent??

He was asked to ..

Could be many reasons ..maybe the rent was payable at the condo office / or perhaps the owner asked him to.
It's very possible this guy was quite intimidating , and argumentative, as demonstrated by the ultimate outcome .
