webfact Posted February 12, 2018 Share Posted February 12, 2018 Pattaya police called as foreigner gets beating over unpaid rent Picture: 77Jowo Police went to a soi in South Pattaya after a foreigner was left battered following a disagreement over the rent at a condo. Security guard "Tee" 32, a Cambodian said that he was sent to get the rent from a foreign man who was three days behind. Tee said that an argument broke out and the foreigner hit him. A passing "win" motorcycle taxi guy saw this and came to his assistance. The foreigner was left bloodied with a head wound. The motorcycle taxi guy disappeared into the night. The foreigner was taken in to the police station to answer question, reported 77Jowo. He was asked to ..Could be many reasons ..maybe the rent was payable at the condo office / or perhaps the owner asked him to. It's very possible this guy was quite intimidating , and argumentative, as demonstrated by the ultimate outcome .
