These are fair comments from you. And I agree. Note that another reason that I quote the source of the articles/essays/studies, is to provide those that are interested to check them out. As I do not take over the full source-material, but only the jist. On top of that, on some topics the comments provided on the original source-material are often as interesting than the article itself, pointing the reader to additional material of relevance.
