Hello, Does anyone out there use IVIEWHD - Thailand? I have been using this for several months now & the quality has been great. However the service is poor. When I renewed my subscription the month before it took nearly two days for them to send the activation Pin Code.  I just to renewed earlier this week for the English Plus 7 Day Reply package & transferred the payment as per normal with the order number given to the account advised. Following this I should then receive an activation code but this never arrived & I have tried to follow up with further emails but withy no reply.

 

Has anyone else had this same problem recently or can advise to what is going on? Seems like it is still working but they are not renewing subscriptions but still stealing customers money.

 

And following on from this can anyone else suggest a new system to try out? I have used in the past HDPRIME so will resort to that if no other leads. However the 7 day reply option IVIWEW offered was great as I used it for sport.

Never used them but, according to their web page they have a skype address so you could at least send them a message when you can see they're on line.

Thank you, After waiting near on a week they sent he activation pin code. Said they had internet problems so will see how it goes & check with them directly before making a payment for a new month next time.
