I like spicy food, but I would not touch that red sauce from hell :)

This is my spicy index for Thai food. Defined by physiological effects to the body.

Not spicy  No effects
Light          Sweating on the forehead and temples
Medium    Running nose and eyes
Very           Sweating scalp
Extreme    Water running from ears

And a big jar of Vaseline for the next days burn.

Vicks is better, gives you a different burning sensation so you forget about the chilli remnants burns. :-)
