A 30-minute heat stroke break will be implemented to safeguard personnel during the dry season. Specific break times are assigned based on shift schedules, with additional provision of drinking water for approximately 4,000 traffic enforcers. Instead, the easterly winds are predicted to usher in warmer temperatures, according to the state weather bureau PAGASA.
