Just a quick look at Amazon shows that these machines which pump ice water through a hose and into a sleeve that you're wearing on an injured part of your body, are quite normal and popular. 

 

Does anyone know of any company selling these kinds of machines in Thailand? Surely it's not just Westerners who need to ice parts of their body for extended periods? The docs I have talked to have zero ideas. Thanks for any assistance!
