I live up in the back and beyond so am not that familiar with Samui. I have two friends who wish to rent from December 16th for two months and wondered if anybody can point me to the right agent or owner. They are looking for beachfront 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Condominium I would imagine.please?

 

Their budget is 100K-125K a month

For that budget it should be possible to rent a 2-bed beachfront bungalow/villa; however beachfront condominiums there are not much of at Koh Samui, as they are normally not allowed, but there are a few in so-called city-zones like Fisherman Village in Bo Phut.

 

I'll see if I can hold of my neighbor's agent – that house is beyond your budget, but I believe he represent numerous rental villas – and will post it here. Otherwise also ThaiVisa's villas for rent at Koh Samui might be useful. A friend is working at "A Villa Koh Samui", beachfront villas that might also be worth looking at.
