It will be fine building an IOT network with AI at its edge but where will all of that data be stored and how will it be processed / visualised ? The idea of having people wear bracelets seems totally misguided when other cities implementing this type of strategy didnt need to take this route. Seems like the people involved at a high level need to carry out some research. Possible talk to international groups already involved in this area.
