Call Buddy Way Taxi. When I lived outside Pattaya, they had the best price/service/drivers of the services I used.

It's been 5 years or so since I lived there, but I have kept their card just in case. I guess that says something.

Cherry Taxi (can search Google), they have LINE ID.  1,300 one way inc tolls.  Not sure if they'd do a discount for return trip.

Standard price is 2400. So for the likes of Mr Taxi, expect 2200 max. Personally I would negotiate 2000 in total.

I assume you know there is a bus.

Mr. Tor directly across from Soi 8 2nd road charges 1200 baht private car including toll road. Cool guy too.

Bell travel will drop your buddy at any hotel for 220B - or will pick you up at your hotel/apartment take you to the airport and return you & buddy to pattaya for 440B.

Don't think you will get a better deal than that :)
