Let’s remember that Ken Star was not investigating anything to do with Lewinsky. He was investigating Whitewater (on which he found nothing prosecutable), and in the course of that questioned Paula Jones, then Clinton where Clinton perjured himself over his affair with Lewinsky.

 

Was it fair? I don’t think so. But what’s sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander. It was the Republicans that successfully argued, during the Paula Jones sexual harassment suit that a sitting president can be deposed. And it was the right wing press (ALL press actually, but the right wing press did so gleefully) that lead with it every single day.

You're right.  Anyone who gets Netflix and/or is interested in some of the dirty tricks perpetrated by Republicans, should watch the brief film 'Get me Roger Stone'.   Stone is one of the dirtiest of dirty tricksters, and the film shows how he turns his gig into making many millions of dollars.  It's not so hard to do if you're willing to screw American voters.

I haven't really thought about her daughter. But thinking about it of course the girl is going to learn about her mother's career as a porn star whether the "trump" publicity happened or not. Porn is legal work but not exactly something without stigma. But learning that her mother stood up to the most disgusting con man president in American history, however this all turns out for Mommy, may well be a balancing source of PRIDE.
