True Online / Visions english contact number?

Hi All,

 

I'm moving to a new condo in a week and I'm trying to call True to see what is the procedure to install the internet and cable in the new condo. I called the contact number 1242 several times just now but there is no Engish, only Thai voice.. Does anyone know if there is a number for English service?? Or how do I go about this. I have a package with both internet and true visions (although I never ever watch TV... I should really change to a just internet package.)

Their callcenter system is broken since at least 2.5 months (back then i tried to reach somebody in english and it was not possible, they say they connect you with somebody who speaks english, but then you end up with somebody who doesn't, you can repeat this as many times as you want). Back then i even informed them about this...

Not possible to get english speaking customer support on the phone, you have to speak Thai.

So if you can't speak Thai and don't have anybody who can help you your only chance is to go to a shop.

1242 works fine, I just called and spoke to a girl, In English.  When you first get through a message in English tells you to select "2" for English service!  Then you get perfect English speaking assistance.
