Just read an article about Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 DNS servers and thought I'd ask here for opinions about it, since there seems to be a great deal of knowledge among the users about all things related to internet access.

 

I pinged 1.1.1.1 and the response time indicates they have local servers and/or mirror sites in Thailand.
