    It's going like maybe 10mph tops. Google/Youtube "Ghostride the Whip". Hundreds of teens do worse than this with their cars in California every day. Not news worthy.

    It was a woman. Taxi driver refused to let her in the cab, doors were locked, so she did the sensible thing and climbed on the bonnet.
