iPad Mini new model coming?

I have a cracked screen on the mini but it's still been fine best part of a year.

Now it took another tumble and still working but need to fix soon.

 

I heard the next issue of iPads will be considerably cheaper.

Will there be minis also........and will they be improved spec?

 

(If so I would try to hang on instead of repair.)

Apple did just release a new iPad that is cheaper. They are trying to get students back to the Apple platform from what I read.

Yes Jimi standard size i think. 

I started with one years ago and hated it.......heavy and too big for side pocket

Got my present mini screen fixed now but would consider new upgrade especially at new lower prices and give mine to niece perhaps

I still have a first generation iPad as well, I got it for free. They were heavy! It still runs fine, but slow and kind of useless. Although I can still watch youtube or use iTunes to put movies on it. I guess I could put some books on it as well.

If I go  with another system how do I synch with the Macbook?

What;s the alternative?

 

Basically if I want something I have to carry round in a bag and get aching arms to read in bed I'd use a laptop and a kindle.
