Topsoil and Grass

Dear All, 

I am looking for a little advise on planting a new garden. 

We need to cover a large area aprox 900m2 with grass . 
can anyone advise on what grass best suits, we have kids in the house so they will be using the area for kicking football ect so it needs to be tough. 

I had been advised to use Japanese grass but on reading up on this, im not sure if it would hold up. 

also, my land is relatively flat but will also need topsoil.

any idea of cost per/m2 for topsoil and grass ( Turn Key project ) I should be expecting?

also any recommendations of a good reliable company.
