Breastfeeding mother and 11 year old arrested for drug taking and dealing in Mahasarakham

Authorities in the Kantharawichai district of the north eastern Thai province of Mahasarakham surrounded a house where they suspected a woman had been dealing drugs and selling to teenagers.

 

Piyawan or Tukta had come to the district chief's attention as he ordered his men into the area.

 

Tukta tried to ditch the evidence out of a window but was soon arrested along with 204 Ya Ba tablets.

 

She tested positive with a purple urine sample as did her 11 year old son.

 

Sanook reported that he had been taking Ya Ba mixed with the cheap Thai alcohol "lao khao" (white spirit).

 

Tukta was breastfeeding her eight year old daughter.

 

Four friends of her son were also arrested in the raid for taking drugs.

Tukta sadly sounds like the village nutter and needs help !

That daughter looks to me 8 MONTHS rather than 8 YEARS.

So that is what a life that has completely gone off the rails looks like. Sad story and I hope the young ones can get the help they need to become productive members of society. It may be too late for mom. I just hope she stops breeding.

I hope she stops breast feeding too. 

Her milk is probably tainted, as evidenced by the purple urine.
