moonseeker
Hi there. Just out of interest, don't drink myself. What are the fruit wines selling for in restaurants these days after the massive price hikes? 3l Montclair is now 999.- at Makro. Used to be 899.- for 5l. What alternatives do rest. owners have? Are fruit wines now on par with real wines? Regards and nice day. MS>
Henryford
As they used to charge a 700% mark up on the old price i hope it hasn't increased. I would never pay 150+ baht for a small glass of MC anyway.
moonseeker
Thank you for your valued feedback. Obviously you have not read or understood my post. A 700% markup on a 2dl. glass would be a sales price of appr. 2,800.- at the old price. Have a great day. Regards. moonseeker
Sorry, big fingers on small phone....:-) 280 Baht at old rate or 460 Baht at new rate. Why the Pattaya Forum produces the most unasked- for-answers or feedback of any of the TV forums, BTW?? Certainly a restaurant can hardly sell a product that costs him close to 70 Baht at 90 Baht??? Just in case anybody has some prices to compare thank you. MS> Edited April 23, 2018 by moonseeker
