"Violence is not the answer"

maybe, but the drivers don't have the brains to even form a question that might be answered

Don't worry, they all qualify as expert STUDENTS WHO flunked their courses and will be given a second chance :cheesy:

Tuk-Tuk guy did a worst thing in his life by kicking someone.

German do admit that he should not touch someone's properly. Rather he would have asked some others help to move the bike in a respectful way.

There is a Thai saying "You can never win an argument on the people working on the street in Thailand". How true it is.:clap2:

The German seem to be a very stupid person. First he gives the finger, which we all know is asking for big trouble in Thailand, then he tries to drag away a locked bike instead of facing the police and pay the normal fine for parking illegally. However he did not deserve a kick in the face, but TIT.

Let's hope they also stop all the Thais who drive whilst drunk or drugged, or without a licence or any training or any competence, or without any regard for other road users.

And having stopped all these people, let's hope that they are given real fines and not just a slap on the wrist.

And let's hope that there are still a few Thai drivers left on the roads... But I doubt it

Looks like he was a police lacky / suckup who was helping lock up the bikes and the idiot German was actually doing what?

To me it looks like he was actually trying to pick his bike up!

The rental companies are putting more peoples lives at risk by renting out their bikes to tourists who can't ride than any individual Thai driver, I am happy to see them make a move toward changing this lunacy.

Sure, Merkel is "brainwashing" Germans into not forgetting the most basic of Christian morals, makes perfect sense.

Yes, bash the scum who kicked his face like a rabid dog.

Police said that Mr Bruer had been stopped at the checkpoint but was found to be carrying only a German driving license and was given a ticket.

Last week Pattaya police announced they would be stopping tourists who did not have proper documentation while renting vehicles at the resort.

Isn't a German license all that a German tourist needs to ride a bike in Thailand?

Motorcycle indicators don't turn off automatically nor do they make sound. Riders often forget to turn them off after a turn.

i had a chopper with self cancelling turn indicators
