Netflix will launch almost 500 new original projects by end of 2018

Netflix will air almost 500 new original projects before 2018 is out.

 

On Monday (May 14), chief content officer Ted Sarandos revealed the streaming service will have around 1,000 Netflix originals in total before the end of 2018 – meaning 470 of them will have to premiere over the next seven-and-a-half months.

 

Speaking at the MoffettNathanson Media & Communications Summit 2018 in New York, Sarandos also stated that 90% of Netflix customers regularly watch its original programming and that the bulk of content spending for 2018 – speculated to be $8 billion – is being spent on originals (via Variety).

 

Yep. That's a lot of watching.

And the Obamas have just signed a new deal to provide content to NETFLIX.  Time to cancel the subscription.

No....that photo was showing the woman who just won a free periodontal disease treatment worth $1000.

I heard too about some new algorithm for viewing their more specific catalogue. I hate the current system they use its like groundhog dog looking through their content.
