Pattaya rent soi Buakhao

The condo I rented in BKK sold so I went to Europe for a month. I am going to return to Thailand end of this month and stay in a hotel on soi buakhao and walk around looking to rent a condo. I want to rent a condo 6 months or one year. Been living in BKk for over two years and love it and love traveling all of Thailand. I want to try living in Pattaya. Any recommendations for a nice upscale condo with no AirBnB allowed and preferably TV and WiFi included. Soi Buakhao area or open to other area suggestions but not Jontiem.   Want available 20 to 29 year old female options, massage places,  good Thai food, seafood and live music. Enjoy nightlife, women under 30, exercise and coffee with friends.   Don’t care about swimming in the ocean. Budget 15k to 25K a month. In BKK I paid 17 k for one condo 43 square meters in on nut area and 30 k for 75 square meters Nana area. Yes I can google but I am looking for expat experiences on good rental places and prices and condos  to avoid. Also looking for a cross fit type exercise class gym. Thank you all.

Have you never been to Pattaya? All available, but I'm not going to give recommends. You can find them on your own.

Why stay on Buakhao? it's got no pavements and is dangerous with the traffic.

Better to stay on Second Rd.

I stayed in a condo near Tukom for 15,000 a month, so definitely available under 25,000, but you may prefer a place up the hill.

No one can say that about a place. It's an illegal activity, so no one is publicising that they are doing it. However, some places are known for having a lot of illegal short time renting.

I'd be surprised if any upscale condo didn't have wifi or tv. It'd be like not having AC.

Thanks. Some condos in BKk have WiFi and Tv in the rent price and some do not and you have to get a one year contract with true or ais or ..... That is why I am asking. 

 

I also need infornation  from guys about Air bnb rentals. Only way to find out is ask renters and owners thus the question. 

 

Been to Pattaya many times and enjoy soi Buakhao. Don’t need recommendations on the ladies but don’t want to stay in an area where all the working women are over 30 this the commentary. Will look at second road but there is the internet information and the real information so I am asking guys that have experience to share their real information with me. Take care

The condo I rented had wifi and cable tv, but I had to pay separately for it. I did not have to take out my own contract for a year.
