I'm still mad at him for doing this. For removing himself from my life forever. And utterly heartbroken. He's one of those rare celebs that doesn't act or behave like one.

 

As much as I'd like to forget you, Tony,  I know I never will. ?

The sting is that we follow the adventurer in hopes of living vicariously through them...and the adventurer has died. So we grieve our avatar who we also felt was a friend of sorts.
