February 2, 200719 yr My wife is just concerned how long it takes after the day of the interview for a non immigrant/ tourist visa to the USA for her passport to be returned? The sign says at the Embassy said only 2 working days, but its been 4 working days and she is just concerned that her pasport may of been lost (she is concerned because it contains many important visas and we need to book plane tickets ASAP so we need to see the conditions, if any on the visa) She was interviewed on Monday, and the visa was approved at the interview, so how much longer should we wait before we start to enquire? Anyone else done this, how long did it take? Thanks.

February 3, 200719 yr Author It arrived in the Mailbox today! Before you drop your application off at the application window, everyone has to purschase an EMS envelope because all passports are mailed out of the US Embassy after the Visa lable has been attached, which takes about 2 days. You can have your passport mailed to your home or mailed to one particular mail center and pick it up from there.
