That's a tough one. Your best bet is specialist in both general medicine and rheumatology. or immunology. Bumrungrad has the largest number of these. Go to this link to see the qualifications and schedule of such specialists:

Look for one with board certification in either rheumatology or immunology from a western country.

I have taken people to Dr. Virat in the past with satisfactory results, although not specifically for fibromyalgia.
