I'd strongly advise you to consult a doctor. It might well be more than simple haemorrhoids.

This is indeed the main issue.

If it is just hemmorhoids and improving/becoming less bothersome there is no need to treat and hemorrhoids do not become cancerous.

But if this is a self diagnosis, should see a doctor to make sure it is only hemorrhoids.

This thread proves that there are a lot of sick as**oles on TV! I had them too by the way.

 

Surgery should be the very very last option. There are some good hints in this thgread about alternative actions/options.

Why?

 

To see a specialist costs very little - go on these web sites and you end up thinking you probably have Ebola - never ever rely on the snake oil merchants on the web . The only reason they are there is for advertising / selling snake oil revenue . 

Oil mildly your index finger and gently push them back up inside.

Almost instant relief.

Try to avoid sitting for an hour or so, repeat if necessary.

This method worked best for me, nothing else gave me the same relief.
